Earth Friendly Packaging

Because of their durability, light weight, professional look, recyclable nature, and ease of distribution, printed cardboard sleeves are effective and easy on the environment.

Unless otherwise stated, the following designs are CMYK full color process printed with a protective clear coat onto 15 - 16 point C1S SBS (Coated 1 Side, Solid Bleached Sulfate, the industry standard white card stock). The finished result is sturdy and attractive packaging that will stand up to the abuse of the US Postal Service and should last the life of the disc. We can also print these onto recycled stock.

Many of these designs can be rotated 180 degrees to put the disc on the opposite side "<reversible>".

Look Ma, no hidden costs! -The following prices include the mastering fee and replication of the discs with up to 5 colors printed onto the discs, the full color printing and manufacturing of the packaging with approval from e-mailed PDF proof, insertion of the discs, and closure of the sleeve if it is a folding wallet style.

Not included in the following pricing is shrinkwrap or wafer seal.

Spine Caveat: If you choose a wallet that has a spine, you may notice that some of the spines are slightly flattened during transit. By ‘flattened’ we mean that the spine is bending at only one of the fold creases instead of both of the creases. This is from packing them snug in the boxes to minimize shipping costs and protect the wallets. This is not a defect, it is an industry standard phenomenon. It is easy for the end user to re-fold the spine after opening it. Call for samples to see what we mean.
